Shipping policy

Retail shipping:

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping (3-5 business days) is free for orders over $100. For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping (2 business days). We ship within the US, including APO/FPO addresses. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment. For returns, please refer to our full return policy.

Preorder Shipping:

Preorder shipping has an SLA of 14-21 after the order has been submitted to the supplier, (ex. If the order is submitted on the 1st the shop has until the 15th-22nd to ship your items). If the shop fails to adhere to this a 25% discount will be added to your shop account. Shipping delays do happen and this can include but is not limited to: shipping delays due to holidays, shipping delays due to changes in order, shipping delays due to Customs hold, shipping delays due to shop error with order, any errors on the supplier side.
